This add on is an estimate on site, due to it being different everytime with every customer, this price depends on how bad the spot or stain is, what caused it, size and time spent. The minimum you can expect to pay is $55. Final price will be determined by technician and it is optional.

This is a Service add on, not a product. You will need to book one of our services first in order to get this add on. You can find our services under "Holiday Specials" Section.
Because of the nature of carpet and upholstery fibers, various stains may cause permanent damage. A few examples of this are bleach, dyes, cosmetics, pet stains, and acid based stains such as fruit juice. Therefore we cannot guarantee removal of all stains. Areas that have been exposed to pets may be permanently stained and require additional odor control. Spots, stains, and high traffic areas are difficult to predict or pre qualify to what extent, if any, they can be removed.
All sales are final, we do give out a 72 hour grace period to report any concerns to Master Shine LLC, to address presumed damages. This includes discontent with cleaning, or any instance that would require a return visit or liability. Timeliness is crucial as many service providers like pest control and lawn care visit homes and often work in the same areas. If we are not allowed to visit and evaluate the situation, there will be no reduction in cost or other means used to satisfy the customer.
